Each Standard Suite (45 sqm) is thoughtfully designed with: Living Room: Sofa, 42" flat-screen TV, desk, fridge, tea/coffee setup, hand soap, fan, blinds, and blackout curtains, plus a private terrace. Bedroom: Premium mattress (180x200x35 cm) with pillow top, duvet, linen, air conditioning, and a dressing table. Bathroom: Hot/cold rain shower, wardrobe, toiletries, and fresh towels. Weekly and Monthly Facilities Include: ✓ Electricity, TV Cable, and Wi-Fi, ✓ Cleaning service (3x per week), ✓ Fresh linen and towels (2x per week). Additional Information: Minimum check-in age is 18, shared parking is available, pet are not allowed.
