Вилла Делюкс с собственным бассейном Villa Espléndida features four 200-square-meter luxury apartments divided into two floors. Each apartment has two king-size bedrooms with an ensuite, large closets, and satellite TV; an office with a sofa bed available for 2 kids; a guest bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; and an air-conditioned open-concept living room and dining room with a flat-screen TV. All four apartments are tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. The two top-floor apartments have a large balcony with a dining table and a chill-out area, and the bottom-floor apartments have a covered terrace with a large dining table and cozy sitting area, a private garden with a heated swimming pool, and a BBQ. Top-floor apartments are only available for bookings of five or more people or at an extra cost, if the reservation is for 4 people or less, only the first floor will be available, so the top floor will be closed. Villa Espléndida is located in the heart of Costa Adeje, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Tenerife, where visitors enjoy an average of 320 days of sunshine per year. The Villa is walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island and a large variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas with some of the most exclusive stores. Costa Adeje also counts with a 27-hole golf course with beautiful views of the island of La Gomera, as well as the T3 Top Training.
