The Accessible Apartments The ground floor apartments with adjacent parks are all easily accessible by people with limited mobility. Two have an accessibility compliant bathroom, inspected, and approved by the Auckland Spinal Unit. It’s fixtures and fittings are designed to be easily accessible, and the King bed is surrounded by space. There is a separate bedroom where carers have privacy while staying close by.
