Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Not much sun in Winter.
